A model inspired by the classics, but made according to your rules.
Midi length —whatever you prefer. The simple cut with a belt gives you the option: wear it loosely or accentuate the waist, as you like. Large shoulder pads add structure and stability. An additional belt loop at the center back keeps the belt where it belongs—even when you're not using it. No mess, no adjusting.
A military style , but not a literal one. Double rows of buttons arranged in a V-shape visually shape the silhouette, while boutonnieres on either side lend class and balance. The wrist straps evoke epaulets, but in a subtle, modern way. It's structure without stiffness. Character without excess.
Wool and alpaca keep you warm without weighing you down. Inside—as always with Salme— there's a viscose lining that allows for freedom of movement and won't catch, pull, or swell underneath.
It's a coat that creates presence. It's not flashy, but it's hard to miss.
